We believe every young person should have the opportunity to step up to their greatest potential. However, around the world most young people aren’t on track to learn the skills they need to thrive in school, work, and life*. Through Step Up To Greatness, we support young people to gain new skills, build their confidence, access opportunities, and reach their potential. We do this by working with nonprofit partners, using the power of our brand, raising funds and awareness, and volunteering our time. 

There is a growing skills gap holding young people back all over the world*. Grounded in data and working closely with our nonprofit partners, we focus on supporting young people to gain the 21st Century Step Up Skills they need for the future that’s coming. These skills; including creativity, communication, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability, are not only fundamental to our Crocs DNA, they’re critical for young people to write their own story and grow in life, education, work and beyond.

The King’s Trust helps young people by supporting them to build the confidence and skills to live, learn and earn. We’re proud to support them in enabling young people to succeed. By breaking down barriers, building skills, increasing confidence and stepping up to their greatest potential, together we’ll support young people to access opportunities, transform their futures and be a positive force in their communities.

UNICEF’s UPSHIFT initiative equips young people with 21st -century skills to tackle societal challenges through innovation and entrepreneurship. Through this global partnership, we are supporting UPSHIFT to reach more young people around the world, helping them STEP UP TO GREATNESS and gain the skills to become the next generation of innovators and changemakers in their communities. 

Year-round we provide discounts to teachers, first responders, and health care workers — the people who are supporting communities in need every day. Crocs also has a proud history of donating shoes when and where they are needed most to help people get back on their feet. Prioritizing communities where we live and work, we have made financial and in-kind donations, including over 86,500 pairs of shoes through organizations such as Soles4Souls in 2024.
