These terms and conditions govern the participation in Crocs Cars 2 competition (the “competition”), a colouring competition organized by Crocs Europe B.V., [PO Box 84420, 2508 AK The Hague, The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce No. 27276812; “Crocs”] and The Walt Disney company Benelux [PO Box 406, 2130 AK, Hoofddorp] together “we”, “us” or “ours”. Those taking part in the competition shall be referred to as “Contestant”, “you”, “your”.

1. The competition is open to anyone except to employees, agents, affiliates, officers, directors or representatives of any Crocs group company and The Walt Disney Company.
2. No purchase of any products is required to participate in the competition.
3. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
4. You may take part in the competition by submitting the coloring picture that you picked up from any participating store. You will have to fill out the requested information on the coloring picture correctly and truthfully or else you will not be able to participate. You are required to return the coloring picture before 20th of July 2011 (Italy and Spain), 31st July 2011 (Benelux & Portugal), August 15th 2011 (Austria, Germany, France, UK and Switzerland), and August 31st 2011 (Finland, Sweden and Norway) to the participating store.
5. A contestant may not participate more than once.
6. You will have to provide the following information:

6. Date of Birth
7. Parents / guardians email address
8. The competition will run from 20th June till 31st August 2011.
9. After 31 August 2011 the competition will be closed. The winners shall be chosen at Crocs discretion, taking age and creativity into account.
10. The Grand Prize winners (tickets to Cars 2 the movie) and the runner-ups (Cars goodie bags) will be notified before the 15th September 2011 by email or phone. Return of an e-mail as “undeliverable” or not responding to this email within 48 hours will result in your disqualification and an alternative winner will be selected.
11. The prizes for the runner-ups consist of a Cars 2 goodie bag. Content differs per country.
12. False or deceptive entries or acts contrary to these terms & conditions of participation will render the Contestant ineligible for the competition and prizes.
13. Upon being contacted by Crocs, you will be asked to provide us with your personal information in order for us to deliver the prizes to you.
14. None of the prizes is redeemable for cash.
15. By opting to receive emails from Crocs, you provide Crocs with Personally Identifiable Information (PII). If you provide Crocs your PII, Crocs may periodically send you newsletters, e-mails featuring exclusive sales and promotions and e-mails requesting your feedback on our products and services. You can remove your e-mail address from our e-mail list at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in every Crocs e-mail. In the event that a promotional offer is co-branded with or sponsored by another party, we may share your PII, with that party. Crocs may be obligated to cooperate with various law enforcement inquiries and reserves the right to share or transfer your PII to comply with legal requirements. Crocs’ use of the provided PII shall be subject to the laws of The Netherlands and any conflict arising out of such use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of The Hague, The Netherlands, to which you consent by opting to receive Crocs’ newsletter and e-mails.
16. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this competition should any virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond our control and in our sole opinion corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the competition or for any other reason.
