Rx Ultimate Cloud

Despite reading MikeF's review, I thought I would try these, mainly because my old Crocs RX Relief's were so amazingly good and I thought these would be even better (considering the extra price). However, I'm very disappointed. They offer less cushioning than my old rx relief's, are made from a much more hard, rigid plastic material and are much less supportive or comfortable. The claim of "enhanced arch" is simply false. The arch is no different on my classics or my old rx reliefs. All in all, I can find no justification for the higher price tag. The only noticeable difference is a deeper foot-bed, which may accommodate an orthotic insole, but so could the rx. I was previously a huge fan of crocs, but quality seems to have fallen. I can only hope they fix this in the near future. Sadly though, they are still probably better than the competition.

Only had them a week, fit is as good as my current Classics althought they do not appear to be lighter or more comfortable, a suprise when comparing the difference in price. I would have expected them to feel more "snug" at the first fitting. I will write a further review at the end of September by which time they will have had a thorough test.

As a veterinarian who spends 60 hours a week on average on concrete based floors in the clinic, good footwear is essential. Crocs have been ideal in the medical situation cushioning my feet and letting them breathe. They are easily cleaned and do not smell! Recently I decided to invest in a pair of the Rx Ultimate Cloud when my present pair of Crocs began to wear out. They are great, suiting my wide feet and reducing the pounding they get every day. The price initially put me off but really it is not excessive for protecting my feet all day and making me feel comfortable and I know they will be durable. It's one less stress in this job to worry about :-)

I ordered a size 7 , which I am but I have narrow feet. Crocs arrived promptly but were HUGE and TOO Wide. I would say you should only order if you have very wide feet and order a size smaller as really disappointed they did not advise me of their FIT !
