sizing
The prompt at point of order for Crocbands advises to order a size up - DON'T. I did just that and the crocbands were like boats on my feet. I then ordered normal size and they were perfect. This I did with the help of your customer service department (Brendan) who was so helpful. Apart from the initial blip over the sizing the crocbands are fabulous.

Great but colour different to that in the pic!
I recently bought these for work as my faithful 4year old crocs had finally given up. These arrived in 4 business days which was fast considering it said 5-10. I am a 6 1/2 and glad I got these in a 7 as the fit is perfect. The only thing is I ordered them in "charcoal/ocean" colour, but when they arrived the "charcoal" was more of a light grey, and not dark grey like in the picture. But nonetheless they are still worth the money and they are extremely comfortable!

Couldn't ask for more.
For my first pair of Crocs I really can't complain, everyone has always told me that they are comfortable. I was initially worried about the style but was pleasantly surprised. Although some people recommend ordering a size up I wouldn't, I chose to order in my normal size (UK11) and if anything are ever so slightly to large!

New to crocs
These are the first crocs that I have purchased. I was delighted with them except that on your advice I purchased a larger size than normal. Both pairs were far too large therefore I have had to return them. The colours were great they were light and had they been a better fit they would have been perfect just what I wanted.
