Women's Carlie Mary Jane

I am a clear size W9 (US) in all my shoes but after reading the reviews for this shoe and because after pregnancy my feet tend to be swollen quite a bit, I chose to buy a size W10. Turns out I made the correct choice! Length wise the seem to be right on the money, which makes me believe that a size 9 would actually be too short for me!! So they DO run small!!! This my 8th pair of Crocs and I have been a clear 9 in all others so I know what I am talking about. I was worried that the T-strap would be too tight for my swollen feet but it actually fits great! They are very comfortable but they are translucent and I wore bright nail polish and you could definitely see it through the shoes. I like the slightly higher heel but they did make my feet sweat somewhat and then they became slippery; I could fee my foot slip around them inside. Otherwise they are very pretty and make my swollen feet look cute ;) I would like to have seen more colors though, maybe something a little more subtle or even a little more formal?

I love everything about these shoes, the styling, the colour and the comfortable thick soles. However, I had to return them because the band across my arch was very tight. I am tempted to try a larger size than I would normally buy in a CROC but the hassle and expense of another possible return puts me off. Generally, I wish there was a local stockist because it's difficult to gauge the fit without trying them on.

I just received my Carlie Mary Jane shoe in black - which as others said is more grey. They look very nice and make my size 8/9 feet look almost dainty which is a huge plus. They are considerably heavier than normal crocs so I gave them a 4 (feel almost 2x the weight) but should hopefully mean that they are that more doable. I did go for the size 9 even though I normally take an 8 in the regular crocs and in the A-leigh mid heel sandals I also just received.

I'm 59, I have sensitive feet and a balance problem and I need a secure, cushioned shoe with a good solid sole. I've tried all sorts of supposedly 'cushioned' type shoes and sandals and I've thrown them all away because they don't support or cushion my feet enough. My first pair of Crocs were the cheaper Mary Jane variety and I thought I was in heaven but I found the colours too bright and they were a little large looking round the toe area and I felt people saw me coming feet first! I recently bought myself a pair of blue Carlie Mary Janes and I found them much prettier, more supportive of my feet and they have a tough outer sole which I find much more secure and more durable than the cheaper versions. I looked at the reviews before buying and a reviewer recommended buying a size larger than normal as she felt they run a bit small, so I bought a size larger and they fitted me perfectly. I was so chuffed with them, I sent off for another two pairs in pink and black. The colours are much softer and opaque than they look on the pictures, and so they're actually better for matching up with your clothes than the denser coloured Crocs. I absolutely LOVE them!!!
